Savory Holiday Popovers & An eCookbook!
My mom asked me if I was pregnant this Thanksgiving (I'm not) because I cried uncontrollable happy tears throughout the entire Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I can't help it; the balloons are beautiful. Just kidding, I'm more of a marching band gal.
Really, though, I get that hillary-keep-it-together-don't-cry-don't-cry feeling when I think about how happy everybody is to be standing outside celebrating together on one of the most wonderful days of the year. I turn to mush for the month of December and spend all of my money on presents for everyone I've ever met including myself (hellooo 50% off sales of red dresses that I will wear while I sing karaoke at my company's holiday party and then never again).
If you too are feelin the love, I hope that you'll consider purchasing a new eCookbook that I worked on with 9 of my favorite food blogger friends! Project Christmas is available now and inside you'll find a recipe for the cheesy rosemary popovers pictured above, plus another one of my fave recipes I've ever written. Also find recipes for drinks, desserts, sides, and more by great bloggers. PLUS all of the proceeds we raise will go to No Kid Hungry, an excellent organization that feeds hungry kids all across this country!
Use the link below to buy the cookbook for $8 and it will be delivered straight to your email inbox. And if you snag a copy, let me know what you think of the Christmas popovers! xo!
