I made this cake with Candice this weekend. It's dairy-free and uses buckwheat flour which I hear is a good substitute for those with gluten allergies/sensitivity. So, this is a dairy-free, gluten-free cake. We did this because dairy makes Candice very gassy. However, she was still very gassy after the experience, so I'm not sure if I helped at all. (Lol, that's half a joke, sorry Can.)
